SAMSUNG Galaxy S23+ Plus Cell Phone

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus is a new addition to the S23 lineup, sitting between the regular S23 and the S23 Ultra. The design of the S23 Plus features a drastic redesign compared to the previous generation, resembling the floating camera design of the Ultra. With four different muted color options, Samsung aims to create a cohesive flagship lineup.

The S23 Plus boasts a 6.6-inch AMOLED flat display with a 120Hz refresh rate, providing a high-quality visual experience. The display is Full HD Plus, slightly lower than Quad HD Plus, but it still offers excellent visuals. The phone comes with IP68 water resistance and supports fast wireless charging, reverse wireless charging, and 45W wired charging, making it highly versatile in terms of charging options. The battery capacity of 4,700mAh is promising, and it may even outperform the Ultra's battery life due to the slightly smaller display.

Regarding the cameras, the S23 Plus offers a three-camera setup on the back, without any unnecessary depth cameras. The primary lens is a 50-megapixel wide-angle lens with improved dynamic range. Additionally, it features a 12-megapixel ultrawide lens and a 3x optical zoom lens, capable of reaching up to 30x digital zoom. The 12-megapixel front-facing camera can shoot 4K at 60fps, making it suitable for social media content creation.

One of the exciting camera features is the Astro photo mode, available in Pro Raw on all three S23 models. Pro Raw enables users to customize multiple exposures and capture stunning shots of the stars with long exposure times of up to four minutes. The phone is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, providing Wi-Fi 6E support and both bands of 5G.

The base storage of the S23 Plus has been increased to 256GB, which is beneficial for users who shoot 4K videos or capture large media files. The price of $999 remains unchanged, despite inflation, making it an attractive option for those looking for a feature-packed phone.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus, with its well-rounded features, attractive design, and powerful camera capabilities, offers a compelling choice for users seeking a flagship device that strikes a balance between performance and affordability.

It remains a 17-inch thin and light laptop, but now it packs a new CPU and GPU, offering a level of power comparable to some mobile workstations. The 4K display is praised for its impressive color accuracy and saturation. The keyboard is backlit in white and has a short travel distance, while the trackpad is large, similar to the MacBook Pro.
